The easiest way to travel to Malmö is to fly to Copenhagen Airport, Kastrup (CPH), and then take the train directly from the airport to Hyllie Station in Malmö.

After arrival at Copenhagen Airport, follow the signs for Train / Tog. The train station is located inside Terminal 3. Buy a ticket to Malmö Hyllie before boarding the train. Tickets can be purchased in the Skånetrafiken app, through Öresundståg, or from ticket machines at the airport.

Take an Öresund train towards Malmö/Sweden and get off at Hyllie Station, which is the first stop in Sweden after crossing the Öresund Bridge. The journey from Copenhagen Airport to Hyllie takes approximately 15–20 minutes. Please remember to bring a valid passport or national ID card, as border/ID checks may occur when travelling between Denmark and Sweden.

Quality Hotel View is located directly next to Hyllie Station, at Hyllie Stationstorg in Malmö. From the platform, follow the signs to Hyllie Stationstorg/Malmö Arena. The hotel is only a short walk from the station.

Please note that participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation. Quality Hotel View is a convenient option due to its location next to Hyllie Station, but participants are free to choose any hotel or accommodation that suits them.
